you will need to consult a manual, some gear boxes need a measured amount of oil in them and the only way to measure is to drain and measure, others have a filler plug on the side of the box and these type are filled with oil until it starts to trickle back out ,don't over fill

The drain plug on the bottom of the gear box has two parts the the outer hex if removed will drain the box, and the centre hex when removed is for filling the transmition via a tube inserted into it, and fluid pumped in until it runs out, you must check the level with the gear in park and the engine running. if you do a google search you can find a diagram showing how it works, I'm sorry I don't have a diagram to show you let me know how you get on

Whenever a power window opens & closes slowly it's usually one of two things. It could be that the window is sticking in the forward vent glass trim (or whatever trim is holding your window while raised), or a sign that the tracks and slide mechanism are getting gummed up. You can lube the channels holding the raised window with silicone - I use a product called Shin-Etsu developed by Honda. It's available on Amazon and other online stores. For the mechanism and rollers you usually need to remove the door card to get at them. If mechanics have kept adding more and more grease over the years you might need to clean it all out and apply a fresh coat of grease. You can again use Shin-Etsu or the more commonly available white lithium grease.

Is it fresh water or engine coolant? It may not be coming from the outside of the car. If your heater core has a leak, it may be leaking into the passenger compartment. If this is the case, you also run the risk of running low on engine coolant and overheating or damaging you engine.
