You have button like things on your door jambs that you can push in by hand, that your door presses against when closed. When they become faulty, or door gets a little loose, this can happen. I normally open one door at a time & work those buttons by hand slowly to see if one acts different than the other, and watch interior light to see if it comes on & off, or has a delay in shutting of when I push button in. Normally the one acting different is that bad one & needs replacement, or even some contact spray (electrical) used on it will help temporarily. Even sticking a piece of gum or layers of tape on the end of the button to make it push in further for test drive can narrow it down. Do one a time, when problem stops, you found the culprit. The other option is to check & see if one door feels loose compared to others by pushing in slightly on them.If you do find one that seems loose, adjust striker in a bit where door latches, to make it tight as the others, and that may just do it too.

Has the switches on your driver or passanger side gotten wet anytime lately? I had to replace the switch that you actually click to unlock and lock because it had gotten wet and my car would set it's alarm after waiting 30 seconds when you would try to open the door. Changing this is an easy and cheap fix. I hope it helps!

If your vehicle is equipped with an aftermarket security system, it could be causing this. I have removed several these systems from my customer's cars for the same reason. GM has technical service bulletins that discuss this as well as other driveability/emissions problems that these systems have been causing.
If there is no aftermarket in your car, I would scan the Body Control Module (BCM) first to see if the computer knows anything.
No codes - I would look into a possible loose connection or bad switch in one of the door panels.
