The microswitch in the trunk is probably failing. Its just a pin switch. Get a new one and install. Its meant to warn you if there is something in the way.

My trunk keeps popping open for no reason on my 2001 mb clk 320

Either the boot lid is misaligned and/or maladjusted or the catch is worn or otherwise not working correctly.

Typically it is misalignment or maladjustment that causes excessive wear of the catch or basically a severe lack of good maintenance.

I own a 2001 Mercedes clk 320 battery is dead, mech key won't work can I jump start it or get power to start it?

So you have no other option but to jump start the car, by finding power cables in engine bay or pribe open the trunk with a crow bar, or have i towed to a auto shop so a professionel locksmith can open the trunk for you.

The Convertible top of Mercedes-Benz 2005 CLK 320 won't open or close.

If the "black part" you are talking about is the "trunk partition"(which should come up as a "fault" on the dash when you try and cycle the top) then there are several things to check. The partition itself should snap into the retracted position(forward), and back. If it doesn't there are two struts(also called air springs) that have lost their charge and are not holding the partition in place. It has to be held solidly in place to set the switch on the left side(driver side) in order for the top to go down. If it's at all floppy, it won't set that switch and the top won't cycle. I've found the hard way this is a common problem.

Clk 320 alarm lights(indicator Lights)flashing randomly when car is locked. it comes on and off by it self.no sireen sound. any help please

hello, i live in Mexico and I got the same issue with my MB, the problem is the Alarm Battery, it must to be replaced. Meanwhile remove Fuses 8 and 9 (into the trunk) and 41 (next to dashboard), this will disconnect the anti theft system. for safety when lock/unlock the car press the remote in front of the infrared port. Good luck solving this issue, for me was very very stressing.
