1997 Honda CBR 1100 XX Super blackbird only runs with choke

did you clean the carbs your self? it seems like the slow jets are blocked take them out and spray carb cleaner through them. if you cant see fluid going straight through they are blocked,, if so replace them or try find a strand of very fine wire to poke through them, i use an old throttle cable cut it and unravel the strands until you hasve a single one to pass through.

What is the length of lift cables on a 1993 model 2693 hilo camper and any info on what after market part to use ? thanks

The lift cables on a 1993 model 2693 Hilo camper are 30 feet,2 3/4 inches long and fit the standard height lift of 11 feet 8 inches high to the top of the overhead. The lift uses two cables. According to a Hi- Lo camper travel trailer forum, cable replacement is basically the same on all years and models, with the main difference being the length of the cables from model to model. You can use a cable cut chart to find what cable length you need for your camper, and you'll need to know your year, model name, and box (body) length: Lift cables typically wear out after three to five years, so it's important to replace them as needed and keep them regularly maintained.

I have a sym 125cc gts evo that is not starting, I have a new battery and spark plug but it won't turn over

Have you checked the main fuse? It is usually near the battery in a small, white, tube shaped cover. I have a SYM scooter and the fuse is a 7amp.

Yamaha timberwolf wont start unless push started

You have a loose connection to the ignition system . When cranking make sure it is in neutral. and kill switch is in run position. The only thing dropping would sensibly affect is the fuel system or jarring a switch., but with the suspension you have there really is no jarring. So, I would ck the wiring. something is loose.

2004 fat boy won't start

First check for spark by using a known good plug and laying it on cylinder head while cranking. Leave the original plugs in. Do NOT remove them for this test. If no spark then either crankshaft position sensor or the ECU or the coil or system relay or fuses or wiring is faulty. If you do not have good electrical knowledge to check these out, bring it to a dealer. If good spark, then fuel must be the problem. Check to see if fuel pump runs for a few seconds when turning bike on. You shoud hear the pump running for a few seconds then stop. If the pump does not run, check system relay and fuel pump fuses. Note - the pump will only run once when turned on/off every few seconds. Bike needs to be off for at least ten seconds for next pump cycle. Check to see if faults codes are stored in ECU memory as these may lead you to the cause.

Honda 500 TRX fa6 has PS on the dash….what does it mean ?

The Power Steering has failed. There has been a factory recall for a suddenly failing electrical steering shaft, that could cause the rider to loose control. This does not have to be your problem but anyhow either the electronics or the pump failed. Error codes or messages usually have to be erased by a simple reset procedure or disconnecting a plug, after repairs are done.
