I Installed a New Motherboard
I recently updated from XP to 7 32 bit and lost all my open labs drivers. I contacted OL and they had no problems giving me the mFusion install and touchkit drivers. After installing everything I was able to use my keyboard, touchscreen and fader controls. I no longer have the OL shell or any OL programs like Riff that came stock with the unit. Hope this helps.

In this case I would take and restart it a couple times. Or, if you wait and not click or anything, it might work. You could also lose all your data and unplug the main power cord(leading to your main pc box) for 5 minutes. This will delete all the users on your computer. I would only do this if nothing else works or you have nothing on your computer you want to save.
WHY IS THE FREEZE PANES OPTION NOT AVAILABLE, I AM USING EXCEL 2010
Freeze Panes can normally be found under the "View" tab. If you can't find it there, it's probably not added to the view tab in your ribbon or it has been added to other tabs. To add it back to the view tab:
1. Click on the "view" tab to activate it. right click on the view tab or any part of its ribbon and choose "customize ribbon" from the popup menu. This will open the Excel Options box with Customize Ribbon activated.
2. On the right you will see "view" checked and highlighted.
3. On the left, you will see the "choose commands from" drop down menu. Click the drop down button and choose "main tabs"
4. Click on the small +box besides the "view" tab to expand it.
5. Click Windows and add.
6. Click "ok" to save your settings. You will now find the Freeze Panes in the view tab.
Short cut:
Steps 1 and 2. On lower right buttons, click on reset and choose "Reset only selected ribbon tab." Click ok and you're done :)

How to delete songs
You cant delete anything once files are burnt to a disk.you will have to copy the music to a folder then delete the music files that you don't want then you can add more music files then burn them to another cd/dvd

As a software guy, I would have to advise against piracy. :)
There are several ways to get Visio for cheap. If you are a student, there are discounted versions available online and in stores. Also, you can check with your school for even cheaper options sometimes. Try the university bookstore if available. Or a Computer Science department maybe.
If you are working, and your company uses MS Office applications, find out if they have the "Microsoft at Home" program. You can get MS Office applications for really cheap that way. I can get Visio through my company's "Microsoft at Home" program for a few dollars.
