I bought the 18-piece cookware set from QVC and put them in dishwasher and I noticed scratches inside several of the pans and on handle on one pan. I stopped putting them ib dishwasher and would like to get a replacement set since I had only bought these in the laar couple of months. I have not even finished paying for them yet. I had gitten the gold or copper color set.

SOURCE: dirty glasses

there is a new product out called the dishwasher filtration system. it actually filters the water going into your dishes. the dishes look dirty because your water has a lot of calcium and magnesium in it making them appear cloudy or dirty. the dishwasher filter reduces those minerals and my dishes look perfect now. no more dirty and grimy looking dishes. i also dont waste time washing them by hand before and after the dishwasher. hahaha you can get it at www.dishwasherfilter.com. use code DFMTEN and you will get 10% off. it fits right under your sink and is very affordable. you will be glad you bought this product. thanks

SOURCE: Dishwasher runs for a long time

If your dishwasher's cycle times are too long, check these:

Water pre-heating
Cycle not completing
Water pre-heating Yourdishwasher may pre-heat the water. If so, and if the water entering thedishwasher is cool, the heater may take up to half an hour to heat thewater.

To avoid the wait, increase the incoming watertemperature before turning on the dishwasher. Do that by running thekitchen sink faucet until the water runs hot. Or increase thetemperature of the hot water to the entire house at the hot waterheater.

Warning! To lessen the risk of scalding, don't set the hot water heater temperature higher than 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

I purchased a hard anodized 13 piece cookware set several years ago from J C Penney's. I am very pleased with the cookware, however, I can no longer use the large frying pan. The coating is off and...

Did you use the dishwasher, sometimes they don't like that. If you have the receipt, take it back to JC's, failing that, email their customer support team. This should be covered by the warranty, and outside of warranty. Receipt= take it back.
