Once you opened this page ..click the download button and save the file to your disk ..
go to HP website...download all the driver and softwares for the printer specific...(hp5510) and install it from the folder or copy that on to a cd and install
Go to My compter/Help/ and check out program compatability The idea is to get Vista to revognise older software/systems You shoulf be able to select XP/98 etc.,
ok how is the computer hook to printer ,
(usb? or serial cord) ?
what operating system are you using
and what software are you using for print drivers
