Washing Machines - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

Try disconnecting the power for 2 minutes and then reconnect. The logic board should sense it is full of water and pump it out.

If not, remove the drain hose and lower it into a pail or floor drain.

Some filters are behind the front kick plate, some are accessed from the rear. If you remove it, all the water in the machine will come out and make a big mess.

There's a part under the agitator that lifts off if you pull up from the bottom on both sides) called a coupler that is attached to the shaft with one bolt. The plastic teeth probably have stripped off from this coupler, causing the agitator to not agitate properly.

I would buy the part on amazon.
Here's the link to the exact part:

Hi, it could be leaking from the fill hose on the top left, just under the dispenser. You can take the top panel off with 2 quarter inch screws on the back of the panel. Then look under the dispenser while the machine is filling. Best of luck!

It should be flashing a code that you can look up. A common code is for the pump to be jammed with something. It can be freed up through an access point under the lower front cover.

Please tell us what you have tried so far?
Do you mean that you have levelled it with the adjustable feet, and that the feet somehow change and it becomes not level?
When you levelled it, did you re-tighten the lock nuts?
