I don't know much about this brand set as we don't work on off brands, but most sets have output to the optical at all times, the adjustment is to set it to internal volume control

Question edited for typos. If they are cordless headphones powered by Bluetooth, you just need to pair them again. If they are wired you may have worn out the headphone socket. Pull up the menu and see if it looks normal, if it doesn't chances are you have panel issues and it's not repairable, if menu looks ok it could be either the main or tcon, replace the tcon first as it's much less costly
