Remove main battery and try again, sometimes loads the machine down so it won't start, if that fails have the power supply and laptop laptop checked by a professional.

What operating system were you using? Windows no longer supports Windows XP (sorry, that just went into effect as of 4/15). Other than that, I suggest you get on another computer with a flash drive and download a "recover" program. If that still does not work, it is possible that your BIOS has been compromised (I hope not, happened to me). If it has Microsoft does have a solution for that (if it's not XP 95/97/98). Please let me know if there is any other info you can give me.

99 gmc 3500 tool box truck won't start. it just quit. turns over but won't start

You'll have to figure out if it is a fuel or ignition problem to proceed.
Check for spark at the plugs, and fuel pressure at the injectors.
You might want to check the computer for trouble codes too.

Camera won't turn on when plugged into Mac to download photos.

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer. The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use iPhoto or any other photo cataloging program.

Screen locked up, turned computer off, turned computer back on, fans running, monitor won't come back on, and keyboard won't respond

Hi hay783...
Sounds like you may have a virus/trojan/worm/etc...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To remove a virus, trojan, worm, etc from your computer...do it the EASY way...let someone else do it for you.
Start your computer, as the computer is starting keep tapping the F8 Key.
This will start the computer in the Safe Mode.
Once in the safe mode go to the following webage below and download, install, and run Microsoft Safety Scanner for FREE.
Once you run the Microsoft Safety Scanner (it may take quite a while depending on the size of your hard drive) it will remove all the virus's,trojans, worms, etc it finds, if it does not completely remove them all you will be given a chance to chat with a Microsoft Professional thru a pop open window and he will take control of your computer (with your permission) and finish removing all the rest of the virus's, trojans, or worms that are on your computer for FREE!! Can't beat FREE!!

I have just installed War Front: Turning Point (DVDROM) on my laptop computer (Windows7). There is a problem when I try to start up the game where it states that: 'Please insert the original War Front:...

As it appears your game is a copied version of the original one, so that I won't start. Usually people try to find some crack files to get round this problem. Crack files are files that help you to get around problems like this sort, but you have to know how to use them. Usually there should be a instruction text file from where you have downloaded the crack files to tell you what to do with the crack files to solve your problem.

I recommend to return your game if you can and get the original. However, if you want to make this one works, let me know so I can try it and if I can install it on my Windows 7 then I will tell you how to do it.
