Gregg mahin gregg...i have done the same trying to save whats left of this website. they arent listening at all and never reply. vs is in trouble for sure.. i would not be at all suprised if this site just went away one day...its too bad because it could be something better...i have even tried to contact them outside of fixya...nothing like you say crickets... as we can see this website is messed up a lot lately and today you cant even reply to a post normally...steve

My daughter got one for her bday Aug 20 and it white flashed now won't work, my suggestion is take them all back to Target and write a complaint. They are rubbish and you should tell all your friends to never bother buying one from there. Stick with known brands!!
